About Hala

I am a passionate wife and mom of two girls, and female empowerment is extremely important to me. 

I am also a coach, mentor, & business strategist with 20+ years of experience building million dollar businesses and brands.

I received a BA in Business Management from the American University of Beirut, and built a thriving corporate career ranging from the Middle East to North America. During my corporate career, I worked in leadership development, building brands, and driving sales at multiple Fortune 500 Companies with some of the topmost innovative companies in retail. 

I grew my own leadership while growing others, and received many awards for outstanding teams and business results. Coaching and mentoring quickly became my favorite parts of any executive position I held.

That’s why I knew, without a doubt, that coaching must be at the heart of my career. I decided to quit the corporate grind and start my own business, which eventually became a proven 3 step road map to help ambitious women turn their passion projects into booming businesses.
