What does meaningful success look like for you?

I was so wrong on this one😯

For many years as a young #leader climbing the corporate ranks, I thought elevating my impact equated to:

➡️Achieving higher sales and business results
➡️Getting promoted to higher positions
➡️Providing my team with more recognition, visibility opportunities, and promotions

See, all these were great measurable metrics that the fortune 50 company I worked for tracked.

And because these KPIs mattered to them, and attaining them meant that I was seen as a high potential leader, they mattered to me too.

And even though I achieved exceptional results on all the above for many years earning even more promotions, raises, perks, stocks…

😐 I didn't feel successful.

At times, I felt the #success I had achieved was meaningless. It didn't taste as sweet as I imagined it to be.

I didn’t know why.

I didn’t understand what was missing.

It wasn’t until I was almost hospitalized for exhaustion and #burnout that I took a step back to re-assess how I truly wanted to live my life.

🌱That was the beginning of a beautiful self discovery journey that helped me understand what I needed and lead me to reinvent my career, start my coaching business, connect with amazing ambitious women, truly make a bigger impact, and feel fulfilled doing what I do.

Through this journey, I learned the pitfalls so many high achievers fall into:

👉Defining success by how your employers or society defines it, not by what you value and care about.

👉Lacking the awareness needed to know there is a more meaningful way of being and making an impact.

👉Ignoring how unfulfilled you are, thinking that it is just life, groundhog day on repeat.

Can you relate?

It wasn’t until I started helping other leaders and high achievers grow and elevate their impact to reach “meaningful” success that I realized many of us have been living unfulfilled, unengaged, and disconnected from our true selves.

The great resignation we are experiencing today is the biggest proof that so many decided to start living and working in alignment with what they deeply desire.

Now, we don’t all have to leave our job to live in alignment. That’s not at all what I am saying!!.

But you do have to pause, ask yourself the right questions, and reflect on what meaningful impact and success mean and look like to you, so you can assess if you are on your way there.

⭐️ If you have always been a great logical thinker, but lately, you feel misaligned. Your soul is craving to be more self-expressed, but your mind is overwhelmed with how to make it happen.

I will help you reassess and redefine what success looks like to you, at this stage of your life.

I will also be sharing how you can grow your brand, authority, and impact authentically, so you can become the impactful leader of today and reach your version of success and live the life you’re born to live!

Here’s to living in alignment and achieving success on your own terms!!
